Draining Conveyor
Allows draining and transferring cooked products to a Europe bin.
The cooker releases 300 kg of pasta, rice, etc. A hopper centers the product on the draining conveyor. A filtration belt allows cooking juices to pass through, collecting them in the lower trough.
A rotary rake breaks the product into smaller pieces at the end of the draining process.
The transfer conveyor transports the product to the Europe bin.
In cleaning mode: removable edges, quick belt release, and belt lifting.

Dirty bins are loaded via a bin elevator onto a chain conveyor.
A robotic arm inverts and places bins into a washing machine.
Clean bins exit via a chain conveyor and are distributed to various production areas.
